Whys and Wherefores
Dapper.

Dapper.

While some might say that Superman III isn’t the best movie in the world, that didn’t stop me from being totally floored by Xanna’s Christmas/Birthday gift.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a press kit for Superman III. Along with tons of incredibly nice photos from the film, there was a real treat enclosed -  a signed photo of Richard Pryor and Christopher Reeve.
So yeah. Superman III might not be a great movie, but having a picture signed by two great legends given to me by someone truly great?
That’s super.

"I wanted an unknown because I thought it’d be pretty tough convincing an audience to see Redford in a Superman suit flying. Not that he’s not a great actor, but I figured an unknown could make it work. And when we met Chris Reeve, you’d never think of him as Superman cause he was 20 or 30 pounds lighter than he was when he played the role and he had honey brown hair. But he was an actor and he convinced me that he could do it."
